By default this form only previews your enquiry on this device. In an explicitly enabled local development environment, it can save your enquiry to the test database; it does not send email or create a quotation. Do not enter sensitive or real customer information during testing.

Preview drivers and training, fleet and maintenance, Monthly Speed and Fatigue, subcontractors, risk records, corrective actions and document controls using fictional examples. Fleet tiers use the same proposed workspace scope; final user, storage and support allowances remain to be published.
Document Shop purchases are separate. A software subscription does not include the paid manuals, editable document licences, company tailoring or consulting.
How we count your fleet
Count active trucks, prime movers and other powered vehicles managed in your company workspace.
Trailers are included without a separate vehicle charge.
Archived vehicles do not count towards the active fleet limit. Their history is retained subject to the published retention terms.
If your fleet moves into a different band, any plan change and new price must be agreed with you before your charge changes. No automatic upgrade charge is authorised by adding a vehicle.
User and storage allowances, support inclusions and any additional usage charges must be published before subscriptions open. Fleet bands are commercial plan limits, not a guarantee of tested system capacity. Consulting, company-specific documentation and quoted setup work are separate from the monthly subscription.
Ready-made manuals forms and records
Choose a PDF manual or an editable Word package with matching PDF. Forms and registers include an editable file; Excel is supplied where appropriate and listed for the product. One business licence permits internal use, copying and internal adaptation of editable files, with no resale or redistribution. No software subscription required. The supplied edition and basic download assistance are included; branding, company-specific amendments, implementation consulting and future updates are separate unless expressly included.

Before you purchase or subscribe
Document use privacy and subscription information
Draft disclosures for this development preview. These describe the intended offer and require completion against the final products, business details and operating arrangements before live sales.
Monthly subscription and cancellation
The proposed TCS subscription is billed monthly in advance and renews monthly unless cancelled. There is no annual commitment, minimum multi-month term or cancellation fee. Cancel at any time to prevent the next renewal; access continues until the end of the paid billing period. Cancellation should take effect when received, with confirmation provided. Change-of-mind cancellation does not ordinarily refund an already commenced period; statutory refund and other consumer rights remain unaffected.
Before subscriptions open, the cancellation channel, billing cut-off and time zone, support inclusions, data export arrangements and retention after cancellation will be clearly published. An operational cancellation process must be in place before payments are accepted.
Document currency and uncontrolled copies
Each released document should identify its edition and issue date. Currency is assessed against the sources and scope stated for that edition at the time of release; it is not a promise that content will remain current indefinitely. Laws, standards, accreditation requirements and operational conditions can change.
Downloaded, printed, copied or customer-amended documents are uncontrolled copies. Check the edition, issue date and applicable requirements before use, retain your own document control records, and review documents when your operations or requirements change. Future revisions are not automatically included unless the purchase expressly provides an update service.
Suitability and compliance limitations
Generic documents and website tools provide a framework to support compliance management. They may not address every requirement applying to your business, jurisdiction, workforce, vehicles, activities, accreditation or customer contracts. Review and adapt them to your actual operations before implementation and obtain appropriately qualified advice where required.
Purchasing documents, receiving consultancy or using TCS does not itself establish full legal compliance, accreditation, certification or successful audit outcomes. Employee agreements must be checked for the applicable employment arrangements and award coverage. A generic document purchase does not include company-specific legal advice or an accreditation audit.
Privacy and personal information
In this development preview, use synthetic information only. The enquiry form previews a draft on your device by default; an explicitly enabled local test can store the submitted enquiry in the test database. No live payment collection is available.
Before live operation, the privacy policy and collection notices must identify the business and privacy contact, the information collected, why it is needed, relevant service providers and disclosures, overseas handling where applicable, security and retention arrangements, and how to request access or correction or raise a privacy complaint. A short disclosure alone does not replace that policy.
Customers should only upload records they are authorised to provide, limit personal information to what is necessary for the task, and avoid supplying sensitive information unless a suitable collection process has been established. Do not assume that records are stored only in Australia; hosting location and provider arrangements are still to be confirmed.
Your consumer rights
Nothing in these disclosures or proposed terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right, guarantee or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under Australian Consumer Law or other applicable law. This includes applicable rights relating to acceptable quality, fitness for purpose and services provided with due care and skill.
